As I said, strange scratches on both sides/corners of the hood.

They should have ordered the parts right away instead of waiting. It was obvious what was needed - there was no damage under the bumper. So instead of taking 3 days to finish it took 6. Also, wondering why we had scratches on the hood - seemed very strange.

I appreciate their attention to details and ease of communicating with the staff. There were a couple of delays re: parts but the BMAB did right by me and did a beautiful job on my vehicle AND it came back nice and clean.
