Was quoted 2 weeks. Work took almost 5. My car was left open in the rain, my trunk is full of water and the entire trunk cover is mildewed and will need to be replaced. My back seat has mildew growing now. I cannot begin to describe how frustrated and upset I am. The repair itself looks fantastic but my car is worse than it was when I brought it in. I have all the pictures and videos if you would like to see them and make this right.

Lady at the front was snarky and lied to us several times. Car was in detail when we called at 11am. Was told we could pick it up by 430. At 4 we waited another hour to have it "detailed." Why not just be honest? It wasn't detailed at all.
