No one bothered to inform me that my car would be there more than 1 day. I waited all day to pick up my car and no one called. I called 40 minutes before they closed to ask if it was finished and they told me they’d have to keep it and couldn’t get it until the next day. That is never OK. You need to inform the car owner that you’re keeping the car more than one day. Work looks great though

I love this body shop. My grandparents used it. My parents use it. I use it. And, my children use it. They do what they say and have never needed extra time to complete the repair. (In case you are wondering about the frequency of repair, we live in Pennsylvania and have to live with deer, ice from trucks, and drunk drivers.)
