I took my vehicle for an estimate in December and then I never heard from anyone. I called in January and was told the parts weren’t in yet and they would call me when they came in. I then called in April to see if the parts were in yet. I was put on hold with dead silence. Then I heard papers shuffling. And then was told to”bring it over Monday” and then dead silence again. The tone used was making it sound like I was being a bother to him. It had been 4 months and I just wanted my vehicle fixed.

I was never contacted with an update as to the progress of repairs.I wish that the body shop would have kept in touch with me, updating me of the status. I had to call in and ask how the work was going. They were waiting on parts. Overall the staff was very friendly and answered my questions.
