My Toyota Corolla looks like new again! Not only did Bulldawg perform outstanding repairs for my current claims, they also corrected some inferior repairs done by another body shop. I appreciated the updates Lewis provided & Robin's sense of humor as she explained expenses & their guarantee for their work as long as I own my Corolla .

Let me start with what went right on this job... It was done on the day they said it would be. Beyond that - total mess never bringing my car there again for any reason. I am not one to complain but 1. make sure you are paying attention to everything that they are replacing - I did not need some parts and becuase I was not paying attention I agreed to it and becuase my insurance company agreed to pay for things (new hood - TOTALLY not needed) the price went up. 2. All my stuff was gone through. Personal affects moved around the cabin and in areas they had no reason to be in. 3. dented my rear passenger door frame (likely with the tool they use to remove door dent) 4. small things were wrong - decals not replaced, wrong chevy emblem - which they fixed but I had to go back a week later to get. When I picked up the car it was a TOTAL mess. Inside and out. Rear passanger seat appears to have been sat in by someone with a tool belt and there are small indentiations and marks that are not coming out. The inside looked like it had been in a sahara dust storm... Alignment not done even though I had requested (and it clearly needed it)... Fine people but too many issues to ever go back there again for any reason. I do not want and did not ask for a credit or a refund - I am just done with all of this.
