I was consistently informed about the progress. I was in for an insurance covered incident and asked them to add extra work at my expense. I swear. I picked up my 8 year old car and it looked brand new. The pricing was very reasonable especially since it was out of pocket. The staff was so nice and communicated with me about everything. They even finished the work one day under the original estimated time that the project would be done. I can’t recommend them more highly. This is an honest, clean shop with very professional people running the business. I hope they are all as proud of their work as I am. That’s the thing. I never got to thank any of the worker bees. They should be very proud. I sure am.

Burbank Collision Center was so professional and meticulously concerned about my car. I went in for a scrape/ding and asked them to take care of all the scratches. I felt like I drove out with a new car. It was truly a professional experience. They kept me informed on progress. They dealt directly with my insurance and even finished the job ahead of schedule. All the work I asked to do came in under cost from what I expected to pay! I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend Burbank Collision Center.

I understood from the start that he really knows his business, and accurately assesses the work required. I received timely progress updates via text and by phone over the time my car was in shop. The staff worked seamlessly with my insurance company, as well as with the rental car company. My 10 year old car now looks brand new! Seriously, inside and out! There’s no telling it was in an accident. Beyond the flawless bodywork, it got a detailed clean-up. And I got it back a week earlier than expected. Burbank Collision has earned its many endorsements. The crew there, from the desk to the detailers, seem to value and take pride in their work. I appreciate that so much. In my experience they are, for sure, 5-star!
