My experience is the BEST experience I’ve ever had in collision work and as good as I’ve ever had in general…I’ve had the same mechanic/shop for 24 years, the same tire shop for 24 years and had 3 great experiences with the same auto body shop over the years and love them all, but this experience with Brittany, Adrian & Raffi could not have been better!!! They are superlative in every aspect of their service and care, they went the extra mile and gave me MORE than I expected in every way and completed the job 3 days ahead of schedule!!! I was so pleased that I actually got a little choked up that I was treated so well…Thank you Brittany, thank you Adrian and thank you Raffi!!! I will recommend Burbank Collision every time I get a chance from now on!!!

From the first moment I walked in and met Brittany, who took all the photos of my car’s damage and explained how everything was going to happen, I felt at ease…everything happened exactly how they said it would and the repairs and service were BETTER than expected! Adrian and Raffi and Brittany couldn’t have been nicer and were the very definition of professional. My car wasn’t supposed to be ready until a Monday, but was finished ahead of schedule on a Friday afternoon, but I had to work a couple of hours before it would be ready and they are closed on Saturday so they arranged for me to come up on Friday morning and look over the car which was actually finished, but was being detailed, and showed me everything they had done…I then paid my deductible and they said I could come up on Saturday morning(when they were closed) and get my keys from the painter(Jesse) who was doing some painting on Saturday…Jesse was kind and gracious and did outstanding paint work on my car…and because they did this for me, I was able to return my rental car 3 days early which saved me about $100!!! Burbank Collision Center gets the highest praise from me that I can give! I recommend them NOW and I will continue to recommend them for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much Adrian and Raffi and Brittany and Jesse and everyone else who works there!!!
