The repair job was excellent. The quote was better than others I had received. High quality work at a fair price is worth the extra wait and the satisfactory service. I'd consider coming again, but personally, I'd prefer to pay a bit more for exceptional service and a quicker turnaround.

I didn't receive my estimate within 24 hours as promised. It seems I was forgotten about. I wouldn't have ever received an estimate had I not called your office 3-5 days after my first visit Also, I did not receive updates as promised. My first update was given to me after I had called your office three times. My second update was a text I received the same day I retrieved my car. It mentioned the car was going to be ready one day after the day I actually picked it up.
