The job it’s self was great. They did an amazing job. But it was odd that they did not give me a walk through around the vehicle to see if I was satisfied. When I drove off my hood was released and it was bouncing as I drove on the freeway, I had to pull over on the emergency lane and slam it to fully lock it. I didn’t notice it when I picked up my vehicle because my car was backed in a very closed and tight spot. I wanted to see the final result of my “new rear bumper”. So I had to pull forward and and inspect everything. I’m not sure why my hood would be open. I didn’t ask for engine maintenance. So I’m dissatisfied because of this. I probably won’t ever go back again.

They did decent work from what I can tell, but I was bothered that they don't specialize, and didn't seem to know enough about my vehicle to give me good advice.

Everyone I spoke to was polite, but I did feel that the shop didnt give me the best available information about my repair. My vehicle is All wheel drive, and had I not asked for the opposite side of the vehicle to be worked on to prevent asymmetry from left to right, real damage could have been done to my drive train. I should be given the best advice regardless of whether insurance will cover that part of the repair. I was happy to pay out of pocket to prevent long term damage to my vehicle, but I would have felt better if they had brought that up rather than having to ask them to do it myself. A customer with less knowledge about their vehicle wouldn't have known any better.
