The repairs on my car were amazing, the work was so seamless you would never know that the entire side needed to be replaced. The team also went above and beyond by fixing a glitch with my window and making sure everything was fully repaired and working properly. I truly appreciated their excellent service, especially while going through my first car accident, I was very shaken by it all.

I appreciate the vacuuming of the car and wash. Raffi was great about giving updates, responded in a timely manner. Woman at the front desk was very friendly as well. I was without a car for over 2 weeks, which seems pretty unreasonable. I understand delivery during this time of year is subject to delays and it’s not a reflection of the shop but even after the parts arrived it still took several days and I’ll be having to go back to finish the hub cap.

Timely updates throughout the process and because I was in the week before Christmas, they were able to finish the work in time to have my car back a day early, just in time for Christmas eve. Work was great. Everyone was really friendly. Repairs took a day or two longer than planned, but that was expected. There was a minor issue we had after we picked up the car and they were great about resolving it quickly.

They did a great job in fixing the scratches of my 2023 Porsche's Cayenne e- hybrid. Their service is excellent and on schedule. Cost is same as quoted price. Very courteous people. I’ll give them 10 out of 10.

I am usually very nervous when it comes to vehicle repairs because I don’t know much about vehicles and always unsure if I’m being taken advantage of etc. I’ve had many bad experiences in the past… This time I looked up body shops close to my work, looked at yelp reviews and decided to take a chance and give them a call. The girl who picked up was very nice, kind and friendly and that solidified my decision to go with Burbank collision. No regrets Will definitely refer them to my friends and colleagues.

A plus. There was an issue with the key to unlock and remove one of the tires and Adrian went out of his way to communicate with me and went out of his way to find and order the key from Amazon and take care of it. Talk about going above and beyond!
