From my initial visit with Mark, to dealing with Rick and Michelle, I had an amazing experience at Burns Collision… not only were Mark, Rick, and Michelle, amazing, but so was the entire staff at Burns. Everyone was always smiling and attentive to my needs. They really alleviated this stressful situation and created an efficient and speedy process to have my car repaired. As far as repairs go, they perfectly blended the paint and my car looks just like it did before the accident. From my initial visit with Mark from dealing with Michelle and dealing with Rick, I am very satisfied with Burns Collision and their customer service. Moreover, when I got my car back, I was very pleased with the outcome. The paint was blended perfectly. All the gaps were perfect. I have no complaints. The car drives just like it used to and looks like it used to. I would definitely recommend Burns Collision to any friends and family.
