Burns Collision center customer service and management team were excellent. They were all very professional, provided timely communication regarding their process and progress. The representative Maddison was courtesy and patience while addressing my concerns. The manager Rick went above and beyond in trying to order the part necessary to get my car repaired. He manage to ensure my vehicle was drivable until the part becomes available- how great is that! BURNS GETS A 10/10 FROM ME.

Burns had my vehicle for about 6 weeks for repair. Rick and Maddison were great with keeping me updated every step of the way. Way more often than most other collision shops ever have. They did a phenomenal job, my car looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier. I will confidently recommend Burns Collision to anyone and everyone from here on out.
