Madison (Maddy) Hertkorn through out the process was great with communications. I will giver A+ grade; Frustrating part was getting the parts. It took almost two months to get my car back from the shop. Which i know delays with Tesla, but that part you guys need to figure out effectively.

Very unhappy, I’m sorry I used Burns for my repairs I was told they would treat me right they had my truck for a month and it’s not right, in many ways they made me take the truck when I was unhappy and told me to make an appointment to come back. Who gives a car, truck back incomplete? I should’ve told them where to stick it but afraid it would be worse I decided to take it. I will never go back and they will never touch an other vehicle of mine!. I’m laying here in bed at 3am and can’t stop thinking about how I was treated and have a $90,000 dollar vehicle that has flaws like a chip in the paint that they just fixed lol 😢 They were also supposed to fix paint from factory that was approved because it looks so bad and still does after a month in the shop? If you want your vehicle to look like it did don’t go to Burns! BEWARE!!!!!

We brought our Tesla in after an accident! The team at burns was super easy to work with ! Very friendly, kept me informed every step of the way , worked with us with the bill & our car looks AMAZING! 10/10 WOULD most definitely recommend. Their service was great. The repairs came out perfect. The only discrepancy I have is that they did not put my battery on the tender while repairing so I had to buy a brand new battery for my car and there was nothing wrong with my battery and when I got my car back my AC was not working and it was working fine now I have to recharge it, other than that they did a great job

The only problem my head is they did not put my battery on the tender while repairing so my battery was dead when I received a car and I had to buy a new battery which should not have happened. The other thing was my AC was working fine when they got my car and when I got it back, my AC is now not working. I have to recharge the AC which I don’t understand why. As far as the repairs that they did for the physical damage was a great job I don’t see any problems. They did awesome on the repairs.

Very happy with the communication and staff always willing to answer any questions. Ron got the process started and Maddison was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Incredible customer service and pristine repairs. Will highly recommend to others. Hope to not have any future repairs, but will now be a customer for life!
