This was terrific experience. Jessica was tremendous from my first inquiry about the repair through picking up the car. She kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the repair itself and the ease of which Burns handled working with the insurance company. I can’t recommend Burns enough.

The repair was great, certainly was clean and buffed of scratches and the repair time was quick. Jessica, the representative that guided me throughout this process was great. She was polite, transparent and maintained an open line of communication throughout this process. Although Burns is far from me I’d alway bring my Tesla here first.
