I have half a mind to post a yelp review fully documenting the horrible time i had there.

took way too long with my car, felt like they were purposefully doingg this, kept talking about my car needing to be totaled and talking about my insurance agency in a less than appropriate way, tried to tell me that I should sue Allstate, would not offer me an extension on my rental vehicle even though the reason why I did not have my vehicle yet was because they let it sit, untouched and without ordering car parts for it for a week, tried to tell me that no car places ever offer extensions on rental vehicles, which I know is not true. It took them almost an month and a half to finish my car, i was without a vehicle for two weeks, and at the end of all that my car horn no longer works. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with, the shadiest place I've ever brought my business too, and extremely frustrating.
