What a wonderful facility! My car was ready in a very short time and I was updated, via text, on the progress. The people are outstanding. Frankie is a delight to work with and is funny to boot. Crystal is the epitome of good customer service. She is pleasant, kind, efficient and cheerful. They seem to have a wonderful working atmosphere and that reflects to their customers. My feelings about them is actually their words, "you meet the nicest people by accident". If a grade had to be assigned on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 15! Thank you Butori Collision!!!!!

We already have recommended Butori Repair. My wife works at a hospital where a lot of travelers are and don't know where to go; so they get Butori's address and phone number!!! It's been many years since we needed repairs. They even gave us a discount for paying cash in full at the time we picked up the vehicle .

The hatchback works better than when we bought the vehicle a few years ago; lifts and closes a lot easier; and lighter. Butori Repair crew cleaned everything when repairs were done; very quick down time; and vehicles is " shining and smiling". Even when windshield was replaced, it was immediately noticed no more leakage; so clean that you couldn't even tell glass was there. Radio works better as well as wipers. No glass or fragments were left behind. Back trunk area was cleaned. We highly recommend Butori Repair!!! They should receive an Excellent Award! Best experience ever.

The entire staff and crew helped every step of the way, working with our insurance company, helped with our deductible on our insurance policy, explaining the process, associated costs, time frame, etc. They have superb Customer Service; way above any others known. Also they kept the costs minimal and less than quoted, which was a great surprise!
