Only issue was calling Butori # to confirm pick-up time but having no answer because office closed on Friday. I was not aware of another # to call. Only communication was “repair almost complete. We’ll notify you if there is a delay. So I dropped off rental and came to pick up my car but it was not done. Butori came up with a helpful solution by bringing my vehicle to my home. So not a huge problem.
