Your communication/lack there of about the rental and the process cost me an important engagement when I came to drop off my car. The rental company has a chat specifically for you to use to notify them when a customer is ready for pickup. You didnt use it. Instead you sent me to the rental car place, instead of using the process to keep customers from a runaround. I won't be recommending you to anyone soley based on the fact that I was not told the truth by the person I spoke to who said you use the same number I use amd I was on my own to figure out my rental. Not true.

The Bypass Body Shop has always treated me like a family member, never judging me but caring for me as a friend than a walk in, since my husband and I relocating here to GA. I would recommend them for anyone that has had a bad experience elsewhere with body shops.. Bypass is the real thing, folks.

Terri was caring and had a great sense of humor, made me smile all the way through than be reminded as to why I was there. She has quotes for things that happen in life. She is the best, when you need to go to the Bypass Body Shop, asked for Terri. She will take good care of you and keep you updated throughout your baby car's transformation.

Bypass Body Shop did great work on my car, I was very pleased with the results. I had a few concerns as far as communication and time. It took nearly a month for them to fix my car, and did not receive communicate until I reached out. I am used to body shops reaching out to me with updates. Also when I picked up my car, there was a car seat in my car. I’m sure it was a mistake, but I would hate to think someone was using my car. Overall I am satisfied.
