If you’re looking for a “status quo” body shop then look elsewhere. Byrd’s is undeniably excellent at what they do. They not only set the bar in customer service but they are significantly above it. Mark and the team kept me highly updated during the repair on my truck. I received countless photos and emails. When everything was finished, my truck looked excellent. The inside was even cleaner than when I left it. Also, Byrd’s Body Shop is truly on your side when dealing with an insurance company who doesn’t have your best interest in mind. Insurance companies may not “prefer” Byrd’s because Byrd’s isn’t interested in half a$$ing the repairs on your vehicle. Their attention to detail ensures that your vehicle receives quality work with your vehicle’s safety being a priority. They fight to make sure vehicle is fixed how it should be. At the end of the day Byrd’s takes pride in the work they do for their customers and it absolutely shows. They are the best as far as I’m concerned. I’ll choose Byrd’s over and over again.
