I dropped off my car May 26th for a quotes one week to week and a half job. I finally got it back July 25th, 2 days shy of 9 weeks. Within that time I was given various time frames of when I could expect my car to be returned, but those times came and passed and I would have to call again to get a new status update. At around 6 weeks I found out who the manager of the collision repair was and called her, Karen, to speak with her. I complained about being jerked around for many weeks and that I needed a vehicle to drive when I went back to work the next week. She arranged for me a loaner car. I was given a new Ford escape. It had 23 miles to empty so I immediately had to go put gas in the car. After driving it a few days the check engine light came on so they told me to bring it back. I returned it with 116 miles to empty. They gave me another new Ford escape that had 30 miles to empty in it and I again immediately had to go put gas in the car. After a few days of driving that one they called to tell me that they had sold it and I needed to return it. I returned it with 146 miles to empty in it. They gave me another vehicle to drive that had 87 miles to empty. I told them I wasn't putting gas in another vehicle, but they said I was supposed to get my car back the next day so I took it. The salesman who gave me the last car said they'd fill up my personal car when I got it back. I told him I was sure my car was almost full already. He ignored that response. I finally was called to pick up my car 4 days later. They put about 5 gallons of gas to make my car full again. Upon inspection of my car I found rough tape lines on both sides of the bumper, the liftgate scrubbed badly when opening, and one of my backup lights did not work. We made them keep it to fix all of those errors. I finally got my car back the next day. I had the worst experience and will never use CA Russell for body work again.

During this transition from Sunny Ford to CARussell, it should be mentioned so when people unfamiliar with your buildings can find the body shop. It was way too confusing. But Julie and Cici were great.

Oh my goodness, where do I begin to totally give the biggest thank you to your team of experts. I guess I'll start with Julie. She is such a joy and a blessing and all of good words you think about and witness in a person who is truly sincere and doing the best job she can for her customer. And then next I would say her team of experts that put my vehicle in better shape than when I left it in their extremely professional and competent hands. Oh yeah, I know I have recommended you guys to other people when they say they've had an accident or need body work or whatever, but I can guarantee you I will recommend to anyone who needs your establishment to any everyone who requires your services.
