Repairs are great but the front end piece that was replaced appears to be slightly lighter in color. Color matches but clearly a different lot.

I was not told that the rental needed to be filled back up before I dropped it off. For someone that has never rented before and dealing with an insurance company, I assumed everything was being paid for. I would suggest your entire staff understands what to tell the customers up front. My gas cap was also not put back in. I had to wait until Monday to get it back. Another thing I would make sure staff makes sure is done before releasing the car.

Great job inside and out. Excellent communication. Only one complaint, please stop using armor all or it's equivalent on all weather floor mats. I can't keep my feet from sliding all over the car. I just about bust my ass every time I get in. LOL. Seriously though, great job all around!
