We were told to bring our vehicle in on Monday July 9., which we did. At that time, we were told that our car would be ready either late Tuesday afternoon or first thing Wednesday mornin. They said they would call us. We hadnât heard from them at 10:30 Wednesday morning and my husband called and was told it was being cleaned up and would be ready right after lunch and they would call. About 2:00, my husband called them and asked again if our car was ready. They told him that it was being âcleaned up.â It was a necessity that we either had our car or rented one for the next day. I called a little after 2:30 and wanted to know a definite time. They told us to be there at 4:30 to pick up our car. When we got there st 4:30, they tried to give us someone elseâs car!!! It was a Prius but an older model. THEY NEVER CALLED US to tell us ANYTHING after telling us it would be ready late Tuesday afternoon or first thing Wednesday and promised to call.
