The car came back in good shape. As far as I can tell I have not been able to drive yet as I broke my arm. My one complaint is I was never told that I could not use a personal check. I came in to pick my car up, I had to use a credit card and get charged 13% which I don’t feel was fair since I had no other way to pay it had I’ve been notified I would have brought cash.

The repair work was fine, but there was an automated system that would text updates and it was completely inaccurate. I had to call the shop - no one reached out to me. Extremely poor communication and customer service!
