I was not in the mood to read all the details. Mr. Kevin Ma called and explained the quotes to me and his explanations really helped me make the decision whether I should file the claim with my insurance company. I took the car in on Friday July 17th and was told the car would be ready on Friday July 24th, the latest. I was so happy when they advised me the morning of July 22nd that I could pick up the car at 4:30 that afternoon . The damages were completely fixed and the car looks like brand new. The quality of services from Mr. and Mrs. Ma, their son Lawrence and the repair team was excellent. I"
