This is my first time dealing with Ma’s Auto and I am so pleased with the services provided by the entire team. I started sending couple of pictures to Mrs. Ma after the unfortunate incident occurred. She asked me to send few more pictures. I then received the detailed quotes from Lawrence Ma. I was not in the mood to read all the details. Mr. Kevin Ma called and explained the quotes to me and his explanations really helped me make the decision whether I should file the claim with my insurance company. I took the car in on Friday July 17th and was told the car would be ready on Friday July 24th, the latest. I was so happy when they advised me the morning of July 22nd that I could pick up the car at 4:30 that afternoon . The damages were completely fixed and the car looks like brand new. The quality of services from Mr. and Mrs. Ma, their son Lawrence and the repair team was excellent. I am happy I made the decision to use Ma’s Auto Body for the first time. Carol Sent from my iPhone

We are very happy with a's Auto Body for the repair of our RAV4. It was already stressful enough to have a damage car. Our contact Steven Lee is very pleasant to work with. He is also knowledgeable. He made a big difference and it turned out to be a smooth experience for us. We are very thankful! And we'd love to take our cars there for maintenance in the future.

Ma’s and its employees are fantastic! I would refer Ma’s Auto Body to anyone who needed their services. BMW on the other hand is disgraceful. I would never buy another product from them. Alex was totally on top of the issues from start to completion and kept me informed. You are lucky to have these two employees. The.Are.The.Best. Keep up the great work.
