Wonderful service!! On top of every sing, they had everything taken care of my rental car. Text messages with status updates. A car came to pick me up for my rental. Everything was so easy, and Jake toke care of everything! I didn't have to lift the finger. I would definitely tell all my friends and take my car back if I ever needed any more work done!! If I could give them zero stars I would. There was no communication at all on their part when my car was being fixed by them. Before I took my car in I was told that the part for my car wouldn’t be available until the following week but I asked if I could bring my car in and park it there until the part came in and they started working on it because I was already driving my car for a week at this time after the accident and they knew I felt some problems in the alignment after the accident so I didn’t feel safe driving my car. The man I spoke with over the phone said it would be ok for me to drop off my vehicle and then I could pickup my rental through my insurance to drive around while my car was being fixed. Without my knowledge they somehow were able to start work on my vehicle that same day which was a Tuesday. I made plans to leave out of town that weekend while out of town I received a text message Friday at 1am to let me know my car was done and to pick it up but I was out of town. I was so confused they contacted my insurance and my insurance was going to stop payments on my rental meaning I would have to pay out of pocket until I returned it. I reached out to fix auto with my concerns because I was told something else and I was confused. The man on the phone seemed like he didn’t care and said he would try to help me but he didn’t. To get to the point my insurance took care of fix auto’s problem and I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for my rental because I was out of town and NO COMMUNICATION from Fix auto. When my husband went to pickup my car the guy at the front desk made a terrible remark saying lucky you didn’t have to pay the deductible which is terrible because we weren’t at fault the other car hit me. Their customer service was terrible and the employees just as bad their was no communication at all on their part I received more information about my car from my insurance company then I did them. I wouldn’t not recommend them at all and I will never use them again!! Very DISSATISFIED Customer
