I was told it would be done in one day, it then promised it would be done each following day only to arrive and find it not finished. Items that were said to be fixed turned out to be a very sketchy situation.

Quality wasn’t there in my opinion for a dealership collision shop, other then the color match paint which they said would probably not match and I believe that’s the best thing they did was match it perfectly.

Paint match was great, although my reveal on hood is off, wind still coming through my weatherstrip on my driver door, and Chrome on my headlight looks awful (wrinkled).

I feel I was mislead that all damaged parts would be replaced not just repaired with body filler. Totally unacceptable in 2 year old expensive truck!

We so appreciated we were sent texts on the car and what process they were doing on the car and estimated when it would be completed.
