This this was the worst experience I have ever seen in a company. Not only did it take too long to fix the car every time State Farm called to find out why there was a different excuse. Customer service was absolutely horrible by the owner, Steve. I would never recommend this company to fix any car at all. Also, I have sent a complaint to State Farm to have this company removed from a preferred vendor. Worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a vendor.

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a vendor. Constant lies and unfriendly service. Kept my car for over two months and all they had to replace was two doors. Could not get any information from Steve and when I did, it was always a different excuse. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone is excellent at the job. I am so pleased with the work you did on my car. I tell everyone it you have a wreak and need repairs tell your insurance company to let you go to Cahaba Collision for your repairs you will not be disappointed.

State Farm had this as their preferred body shop - Lexus would have had higher labor rates but we would have rather taken my brand new Lexus to Lexus then to wait over 3 months at cahaba collision and pay thousands In rental car fees. I have brought it back twice since and they were supposed to fix it (took off from work with new job) and it is still NOT FIXED. It doesn’t take idiot to look at my car and see how it’s not fixed. Door is not aligned , hood is not aligned, loud noise from air coming through my door.. and they adjusted the estimate to $25,000. Not sure how you have a vehicle for over 3 months and collect $25000 and can’t even align the parts correctly. This has been a nightmare and will not recommend! Even my State Farm agent came out to look at my car and he was appalled.
