I was instructed to drop my truck off on Monday and repairs would be complete by Thursday or Friday. I had to reach out Friday to get an update and was told it would be ready Monday. Again I had to call Monday to get an update. Going to be Tuesday. This whole time I’m having to pay for a rental car. I should have never brought it in early if it wasn’t going to be ready on time and could have saved $$$ on rental.

The part of the car that they actually repaired looks great. BUT they did not repair the area of the left front bumper, as I requested. They also kept my car for 6 weeks without contacting me with updates. During those 6 weeks, apparently they did not crank my car. They returned my car to me with a battery that I couldn’t even jump start. I had to buy a new battery. Steve, the shop manager, was pretty nonchalant and unapologetic about it all. This is in contrast with my previous experience with Cahaba Collision.

HAD TO RETURN TO THE SHOP A SECOND TIME TO REALIGN THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE DOOR THAT DIDN'T CLOSE PROPERLY AFTER THE RENTAL VEHICLE HAD BEEN RETURNED. HAD THE OWNER INSPECTED WORK DONE, THE PROBLEM WOULD HAVE BEEN DETECTED AND CORRECTED BEFORE VEHICLE DEEMED READY FOR PICK UP.
