A hose was hanging loose nearly resting on the exhaust which would melt it. The exhaust was not put back together to match the way it went into the shop. The exhaust was loud. The brakes chirp when braking

I was told 11 times over 6 separate weeks that my car would be ready by (insert day) and then when that day arrived there was always an excuse for why the shop needed it longer. I would have been more okay with it taking as long as it did if I wasn’t teased about getting it only to have the rug pulled out from under me. The shop rarely could communicate to me what they were working on or what the status was on the car. Communication was horrendous overall.

Yesterday I stop by there n came to see Kim… she’s very friendly n professional n honest communication…. I walked n check my suv front bumper , I mean wow, no missed spot or mess nothing …. They r very honest which they did do well repaired on my front bumper very neat n look new …. Thank also trust y’all , next time if happen again, I would to like go there
