The work on my vehicle was completed quickly and perfectly. I also had a good experience with James the manager and Steve who was handling my case too Steve had to go to their shop so James took over my case. Both are great guys and I recommend Cahaba Collision to everyone!

I should have known from the first interaction that I should have went to a different repair shop. I went Cahaba Collision because it was close to my job. The reviews weren’t bad so I gave it a chance. I went in for an estimate on 4/6/23. I got an approval from my insurance company to start the work on 4/10/23. They told me on 4/6/23 that it would take a couple of weeks to get me in. I was fine because my car was drivable. A couple weeks went by, I’m thinking I should have heard something, but no. When I called the person who answered the phone said oh I thought someone else scheduled you. I assured him that I had not received a call from anyone. He went on and scheduled me for 5/10/23 and said it should be ready around the 17th. I dropped my car off for repairs on the night of 5/9/23. I called on 5/19/23 and was told it would be ready on 5/24/23. I waited all day for a call and I heard nothing from anyone there. I called again on 5/30/23 and someone said your car was ready last week someone was supposed to call. I again assured him again no one called. When I arrived to pick my car up a strip was left off the door as well as a cover that goes on the inside of the car. The front bumper was not attached properly. Some of the things we discussed during the estimate was not completed. The insurance company approved all of the estimate so I’m unsure why things weren’t completed but Cahaba blamed it on the insurance company. The actual bill was higher than the quote so that doesn’t make sense to me. And the person that supposedly worked on my car is no longer there so no one could provide answers. I’ll never use Cahaba Collison again and I wouldn’t refer anyone there.

In he past, when I took my vehicle to Mike Trammell Body Shop, I was very impressed with how quickly the work was done. I specifically came back for that reason. I also made sure that all materials were in before dropping it off so that I would not have to wait any longer than necessary. The car was supposed to be ready on, April 18. It was ready on April 29. The quality was good. Just not timely.

There are still visible scratches on the doors and panels. There were multiple items that were inside the car that I assume should have been attached or reassembled.
