Overall good. But I’ve had to go back and forth with them some bit.

The repairs were good, and the service was also good. However, I found out that a tire was placed directly in my backseat without any cover or bag. And there are stains from the tire. I’ve reached out to them about this but they have not responded to my communication yet.

Cal auto body was amazing, Kemper on the other hand is pathetic. Took them more than two months to solve a simple accident claim with all the proof needed pressented. What a joke.

I drop off my car on Thursday February 12,2026. Got it back on Tuesday February 17,2026. After checking the result of the repair… I was really satisfied. Bumper looks new again. Cal body shop did a good job. I will surely recommend to my friends and family.
