Cal Auto Body provided high quality service in my experience with them. All the staff were professional and courteous. My only issue with them is relatively minor. They held onto my car for over two weeks to fix relatively little body work.

It was excellent customer service and friendly staff. From Nana the owner being so responsive. I gave the claim number, then I was given an update via text message. When I received my vehicle, it looks like brand new. Now I know why they are 5 star diamond certified.. They do an EXCELlENT job!

Unfortunately this is the second accident I’ve been in where I’ve needed body repairs to my car. Fortunately, I knew right away which shop I was going to! This is my second visit to Cal Auto Body and just like my first visit, from start to finish the service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. They worked with my budget (within reason) and my car looks good as new! I couldn’t recommend the Cal Auto Body team more! Thank you :)
