They are friendly people and try hard. I just feel they need to be more comfortable with admitting to mistakes and be more open about what is happening. Life happens and nothing is perfect every time. They handled most of the process generously and were helpful and still better than any other place I have had experience with in the past.

The final polish on the final repair in the door was still not very clean looking. It was smudged.

They did well trying to make up for any issues that arose with the process. I was told that the car would have been washed when returned. It wasnât. It was great that they delivered the car to me. Very friendly staff
