Workmanship was great in the end, but completion time vs estimated time was WAY off. Believe they may have overbooked jobs and/or short staffed to complete in timely manner.

The repair that was done looks good. However, the inside of the vehicle should have been vacumned and the dashboard wiped down. Although the interior of the car was not what was worked on; the vehicle had been sitting a few weeks in an environment that is dusty. I would recommend this service for future clients.

I have been speaking with the manager for a few days now. I felt the communication dwindled as the repair stretched to a month long such that when the original deadline came and went, I heard nothing from them until I left a pointed voicemail demanding an answer. No one I've talked to that hit a deer and got their car fixed was without their vehicle for more than 2 weeks. I trust that it was fixed properly, though I haven't picked my car up yet because it wasn't done until after I began work for the day.

Repair took a long time and communication tapered off until I left that voice mail. Other friends and family had quicker turnarounds at other repair shops, and the repairs were just as good.

Car took 6 weeks to fix and when I had it returned I was never told that only one front tire was replaced and I should âexpect the car to pull to the right, until the treads wear to matchâ And I have a mysterious crack on the passenger side of my windshield that wasnât there before the accident.
