A 7 because my car was not completed when returned. Everything looks great now after the second time around.

I was not happy at first with my car being there much longer than originally expected and some of the repairs were not completed upon pickup. There was not much communication at first, however I am rating a 7 because I do feel like Derrick did everything he could to help remedy the situation.
