I was very grateful to have you agree to a "bare bones" repair on my 20 year old vehicle. Your flexibility after initially giving me an estimate over $4000, and ultimately settling on $400 for only what was necessary for the car to be fully functional and safe to drive, was appreciated greatly. Even if the insurance had covered the initial estimate, my rates would probably have skyrocketed, so you saved me additional money there.

The word was meticulous. They took their time and the result a perfect job. You would never know that the car been seriously damaged. They were wonderful in keeping me updated as the process moved on. The management and staff were great. Hope I don’t have to go through this again, but if I have to Caliber Collision would be my choice. A big thanks to every one at on Walbert Ave in South Whitehall.

Caliber does a really good job of providing frequent updates. My dissatisfaction, however, is because they had our vehicle for 3 weeks which is 2 weeks longer than verbally promised and 1 week longer than their first revised completion date. After all of that we also need to return the vehicle for rework. Caliber has promised to make it right and have committed to repairing their work in 1 day. If they can meet that commitment, I would be willing to rate them more highly based on how well they handled adversity,

While I am very appreciative of the fine repair work that was performed, I was less than satisfied with the communication regarding the completion date. I received a total of NINE (!!!) different messages indicating that the work would be completed on a certain date, only to have those messages nullified and recalculated. Eight different times, I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate picking up my vehicle. Eight times, that did not happen. This was beyond ridiculous. If I had been told from the get go that the repairs and repainting would take an extended period of time to complete, I would have understood. In the meantime, I had to call my insurance company in order to extend my rental car contract. This was quite inconvenient and highly disappointing.

Tow hook cap would not clip on kept falling off observed it after I got home also Bumper was a different color after closer inspection

Bumper is a different color does not match the rest of outside trim also the tow cap kept falling off would not lock into place I was in the parking lot of the business didn’t realize everyone left so fast no one came out to show me the car I had to glue the tow cap myself would not recommend this place
