I had a really nice experience, the service was fast, the update texts were helpful. I was a bit taken aback by the lack of person to person updates like a check in call or even when picking up the car I guess I imagined someone would give me an overview of what was done with it but honestly, even with that said, you can’t beat the efficiency. Very straight forward and no wasted time with extra chatting so 10/10
