The staff was great and communicated well with me. Especially when there was delays. My only complaint is that when I went to pick up my vehicle. My hitch cover was not replaced and it still has damage on it. I hadn't said anything because I was without my vehicle for 3 weeks and I was happy to have my vehicle back.
