The techs did an excellent job of repairing our Jeep, you can’t tell it had any work done to it. Also our whole experience was really good from our initial visit until we picked up the vehicle. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and nice. Never made us feel like we were a bother. Thank you!!

Honestly, one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had, especially during a difficult time of dealing with insurance agencies and rental car companies. Mike and Taylor were terrific from the moment we met. I received regular updates from Mike on repairs and timing, Taylor helped me a ton with rental car coordination and the car looked fantastic inside and out when I received it after it was repaired. Mike was great to work with. My car was in a pretty bad accident and Caliber made it look like nothing had ever happened. They worked with my insurance for me, and were very communicative. The service took longer than they planned, but they were apologetic and prompt with updates. They made a difficult situation a lot easier to deal with, and alleviated the majority of my stress. I would absolutely work with them again!
