This question needs to be broken into two sections one for the staff, and one for the quality of work.We would give the overall experience about a three but the staff and eight so an average of five. Alyssa was very sympathetic and helpful.

Caliber collision took an extreme long time to complete the repairs and did some incidental damage to parts of the vehicle unrelated to the crash damage during the repair. That being said they did repair all the damages at their cost, and took full responsibility for the damage. We didn’t have to fight them about things that were wrong. Also, the staff was very friendly and seemed like they wanted to do everything they could to help.

The staff was very friendly and sympathetic to the issues related to the duration of the repair. Some of the problems seem to be out of their control and other problems seem to be preventable incidental damage.

My repair team were so accommodating. They did a fantastic job communicating and completed the repair much earlier than their expected timeline. I would happily return to this Caliber Collision for repairs again if the need arises.

My car was taken care of by Mike. We pulled it from a different preferred shop that gave nothing but excuses & didn’t even get us an estimate when they had my car for 10 days. Caliber was a different experience from the get go. Mike tackled the tear down & got an estimate within hours. Mike had great communication every step of the way. I didn’t have to call or check-I knew every step & felt very comfortable with what was happening with my car. I was blown away with the attention to detail & the great job Mike did. So thankful my car ended up at Caliber - so Mike could work his magic & she is now home in the garage where she belongs. Thank you Caliber & MIKE
