Repair looks good. No issues there. Other shops would have done a good clean on the car but ours was just as we had left it. So it was good but not exceptional

Everyone was always nice when I talked to them. But I felt like the communication was lacking a bit. I didn’t get a lot of updates and on the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle I got a message mid morning that it was going to take another week before it would be ready. No other explanation. I had to call for details

Mike and Samantha are great. She helped me reach out to the other insurance and have them pay for repairs and got my repairs scheduled early. Also she informed about what the process was. I would recommend Caliber, provided the insurance company involved is not directly partnered with them. This particular office was very helpful once the initial miscommunication was resolved. However, we observed that Progressive exercised undue influence over the repair process, preventing the car from being fixed in the manner we believe was ethically appropriate. This appeared to stem from Progressive’s contractual relationship with Caliber, which gave them leverage in decision-making. In the future, if we have an insurance claim, we will choose a collision repair shop that operates independently of the insurance company. We believe this approach helps maintain transparency and accountability for all parties involved

Body work was great! The check engine light is on which came on after impact and we need to figure out why it's still on. A/C is also not running cold. I plan to bring it in within the next few weeks when I have time to get there within business hours.

The initial customer service experience was lacking due to miscommunication at the time of drop-off. Information shared with the Progressive claims representative and front desk—specifically regarding the damage to the manifold—was not conveyed to Caliber’s adjuster. As a result, the adjuster was unaware of a major part of the damage until the issue was later clarified. Once the miscommunication was addressed, Caliber’s customer service was helpful when we reached out directly. However, they never initiated contact outside of updates through their app. While the app was adequate for general status updates, relying solely on it created significant issues at the start. We believe that some direct verbal communication from the adjuster could have identified and resolved these issues much earlier, saving both time and materials. Ultimately, Caliber absorbed those additional costs, for which we are grateful, but they could have been avoided with clearer communication among the adjuster, front desk, Progressive, and us.
