Everyone in the shop were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mike was amazing to work with, he kept us updated the whole time and made sure to explain the whole process. Also very impressed with the quick turn around. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to everyone and would definitely come back if we ever need collision repairs.

During the change of management issues with my tire replacement fell through the crack. Was told the Tahoe was ready February 26. When I arrived I found that the tires were still damaged and not replaced. David took care of the issue and I picked the car up February 28.
