Going to just be brutally honest about everything in my experience with Caliber Collision. as far as their quality of work they did an amazing job. I have a pearl colored car and I know that can be hard to match when doing the painting. However, they did an amazing job. Their quality of work is amazing, they have great people that work there. Molly is awesome. Gary is awesome. They had quick availability and got me in almost 2 months earlier than any other body shop in the area and I was back in my car within a week of dropping it off. My only complaint, and this is what kept me from giving them a perfect 10, is that Jason needs to work on better communication. Great guy however I felt like I had to call more often than not to get an update on my car. Even when I was told that I would be updated on what was going on , In fact one day he told me would call me back later that day and come to find out he had left for the day and no one had been told to contact me since he was leaving for the day.
