I was told it would be 10 to 14 days to complete my repairs. It took a bit longer and I felt the communication could have been better. I ended up having to pay an additional $112 towards a rental car. However, I will say that the stag was extremely friendly and the manager understood my concerns and did his best to accommodate me.

Repairs were done faster than I would expect. The repair came out excellent. Even the truck lid gaps that come from the factory were tightened up.

I have mixed feeling. three months to repair a hail damaged vehicle is a long time to wait. The repair damage was extensive, but could have been completed sooner.
