The woman who worked on my car was friendly, and the woman at the front desk was very nice as well, but this was my first experience and with how long it took, I would not be comfortable recommending caliber collision to anyone needing timely repairs. I'm very sorry, but this is my honest opinion. I hate giving bad reviews..
