At first I felt to be a little judged as if they thought I would stiff them for the bill, but maybe they have been one too many times. t they kept me in the loop and was timely at finishing the job. And it looks great! They did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them.

After a windshield was replaced, they did not recalibrate the computer and the windshield. There were still glass shards in my gearshift area and on the dash under the windshield the side panel on the passenger’s rear door was had come loose, which was not a problem before they must they did repairs on the door, but I don’t know. I’ll never go back.

Teresa is a gem! She initially went around the car marking all existing damage including some dings on the other side of the car from the collision damage. She was professional, knowledgeable, confident and very friendly. She called me with updates exactly when she said she would. She is a true ambassador for your company. I forgot to mention that the door dings on the other side of my car look much better too.

The horn doesn’t sound right and the fender liner that was replaced is already coming loose from the wheel well. We are taking it back to get looked at again.
