I loved the text updates. I talked with the tall guy, I think his name was Zach, about my car. He wanted to make sure everything was ok with my car before I left with it. He was really nice and thorough. I really liked that part. You all have a great day, stay safe and sanitize ☺️

The repair looked brand new! They washed and vacuumed the car, and I’m so thankful. Everyone was super friendly and they got my car done 2 days early.... kept me informed every step of the way. I hope I don’t need repair in the future but if I do I’ll be back. I would definitely recommend

I was hit by a driver whose insurance was already contracted with Caliber. I normally use a different shop for my repairs, but since the insurance was taking care of it decided to use Caliber. We got the car back a day early, looking better than new, and couldn't be happier with the service and support. They kept us up-to-date via daily text messages throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Luke was thorough in the check out walk through and left confident in the repairs.
