Our car looks factory new. We appreciated the text updates, but were impressed also by Luke’s professionalism in describing in detail the repairs (before work even began) as well as his follow-up calls. We appreciated that personal touch. We also appreciated knowing the work timeline, and were pleasantly surprised when our vehicle was finished a week early. Finally, because Caliber is a USAA/associated business, getting from claim to inspection to completed repair was seamless. Be sure that if we ever need future repairs, Caliber Bloomington will be our first choice! Many thanks for a job well done!
