While Luke and Taylor were very friendly, I was given two different “done times” and neither ended up being correct. The changes were never communicated to me, I had to call to “double check” on being able to pick it up and then was told. Upon picking my car up, there is now a mechanical error. This is an error that wasn’t happening prior to the repairs. I was told to take it to the dealership for diagnosis, and potentially get put into another rental, this is incredibly inconvenient after already being days behind. At this point there is no solution to this issue, and we “are unsure” how things will fall with the insurance as this was clearly not a result of the accident.
